RETURNS

Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present., The goods can be returned within seven days of delivery if these conditions apply.

Products should be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

Please contact Coleur D’or for approval of the return, and we can discuss via email as detailed below.

Please return the package exactly as advised by Coleur D’or.

Returns that are sent through customs incorrectly and incur customs charges will not be accepted by Coleur D’or.

DELIVERY

All items are made to order and will be shipped within 7 working days after the credit clearance and address verification have been completed. During the holiday season, dispatch may take longer.

In addition to shipping costs, the customer/recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office or taxation authority.

Any delays caused by customs clearance at the destination will not be the responsibility of Coleur D’or.
